Possible Causes

Contaminated humidity sensor, Failed humidity sensor module, Loose sensor wiring to control PCB, Excessive condensation in sensor area

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the microwave before accessing internal sensors.

Steps:

  • 1. Ventilation and drying: Leave the door open for several hours to allow moisture to dissipate, especially if H0 appeared after cooking high-moisture foods.
  • 2. Clean cavity: Wipe down the interior, especially near the sensor opening (often on the side wall or ceiling), with a soft damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
  • 3. Locate humidity sensor: On sensor-equipped Logik models, the humidity sensor is usually mounted behind a small grille inside the cavity or behind the control panel. With the cover removed (unplugged), locate the small sensor board and its wiring.
  • 4. Check connections: Ensure the sensor plug is firmly seated on the control PCB and that wires are not damaged.
  • 5. Replace sensor: If H0 persists, replace the humidity sensor module with a Logik-compatible part.

Do not spray cleaners directly into sensor openings; apply to a cloth first.
