Microwave display shows LOC or a lock symbol; buttons do not respond except possibly CANCEL or STOP.

Note: LOC is not a fault but a feature. It prevents accidental operation.

Steps to clear:

• 1. Try common unlock sequence: On many Logik microwaves, press and hold the STOP/CANCEL button for 3–5 seconds until the lock indicator disappears.
• 2. Alternative sequence: If that fails, press and hold the 0 key or a dedicated LOCK key (if present) for several seconds.
• 3. Check user manual: Refer to your specific Logik model's manual for the exact child lock procedure.
• 4. If LOC will not clear: A stuck keypad button may be triggering the lock. Follow keypad troubleshooting steps (see SE error) and consider keypad replacement.
