Vent and airflow:

• Ensure that the sensor vent is not blocked by covers, racks, or large containers during sensor cooking.

Test:

• After cleaning, try a sensor reheat with a typical food item (e.g., a cup of room-temperature water or leftovers).
• If SENSOR error persists, the humidity sensor may be defective and require replacement.

Alternate use: You can usually still use manual time and power level settings even if sensor functions fail, until the sensor is replaced.
