- Inspect fan (advanced): Remove the outer cover and locate the cooling fan. Check for obstructions (e.g., insulation, wiring) preventing the fan from turning. Spin the fan by hand; it should rotate freely.
- Replace fan motor: If the fan is seized or does not run when powered, replace the cooling fan motor assembly. If the fan runs but F7 persists, the control board may not be receiving proper tachometer feedback and may require replacement.
