Microwave over-the-range surface lights (cooktop lights) do not work or only one brightness level works.

Safety: Unplug the microwave or turn off the breaker before replacing bulbs.

• Replace bulbs: Remove the lens cover under the microwave and replace the surface light bulbs with the correct type and wattage.
• Check sockets: Inspect lamp sockets for heat damage or loose connections.
• Brightness levels: If only high or low works, the control board or light level switch may be faulty and require replacement.
