Possible Causes

Unstable mains supply, Loose mains plug or socket, Faulty mains filter module, Loose internal power connections

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the microwave before internal inspection.

External checks:

  • Test the wall outlet with another appliance to confirm stable power.
  • Inspect the Neff microwave's power cord and plug for damage or overheating.

Internal checks:

  • Remove the outer cabinet and inspect the mains input block and EMI filter for loose terminals or burn marks.
  • Tighten any loose spade connectors and reseat plugs.
  • If the mains filter shows signs of damage, replace it.

If power interruptions continue despite solid connections and a good supply, the control board's power supply section may be failing and should be replaced.
