Microwave display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Unplug before removing the control panel.

Checks:

• Wipe the control panel dry and ensure no cleaning fluid is trapped around the edges.
• Remove the control panel and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main PCB.
• Inspect the keypad for physical damage or corrosion.

Repair:

• If certain keys never work or trigger other functions, replace the membrane keypad or complete touch control panel assembly as supplied by Neff.

After replacement, test all keys and basic functions.
