Microwave heats unevenly; some areas of food are very hot while others remain cold.

User checks:

• Ensure the turntable and roller ring are correctly installed and rotating.
• Do not overload the cavity; spread food evenly on the plate.
• Stir or rotate food halfway through heating for large portions.

Technical checks (qualified):

• Inspect the stirrer fan (if fitted in the ceiling) and its cover for damage or obstruction.
• Replace a damaged stirrer cover or fan assembly.

If uneven heating persists with a working turntable and stirrer, the magnetron may be weakening and require replacement.
