How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing the underside of the microwave.

  • Step 1 – Remove and clean: Take out the glass tray and roller ring. Clean all parts and the cavity floor. Remove any food debris or spills.
  • Step 2 – Inspect roller ring: Check for broken or missing rollers. Replace the ring if damaged.
  • Step 3 – Check coupler: Inspect the plastic coupler that engages the motor shaft. Replace if cracked or stripped.
  • Step 4 – Test motor: With the bottom panel removed and power disconnected, test the turntable motor for continuity. If open or if the shaft does not turn freely by hand, replace the motor.
  • Step 5 – Reassemble and test: Install new parts, reassemble the bottom cover, and test with a light load.
