Microwave leaks water or condensation onto the counter or inside the door

Safety: Unplug the microwave before cleaning around electrical areas.

• 1. Normal condensation: Some moisture on the door and cavity is normal when cooking high-moisture foods. Wipe dry after use.
• 2. Check door seal: Inspect the rubber or foam gasket around the door for gaps, tears, or deformation.
• 3. Clean drainage paths: Some OK models have small channels or holes to direct condensation. Clean these with a soft brush.
