• 1. Remove glass tray: Take out the glass turntable and roller ring. Check for food debris or broken glass pieces that could jam rotation.
• 2. Inspect roller ring: Ensure the ring is not warped or missing wheels. Clean thoroughly.
• 3. Check coupler: Inspect the plastic coupler that fits into the motor shaft. If cracked or stripped, it may slip and trigger an error.
• 4. Test motor rotation: From inside the cavity, gently try to rotate the coupler by hand. It should turn with slight resistance. If completely stuck, the motor may be seized.
• 5. Access motor: With the unit unplugged and bottom panel removed (if accessible), locate the turntable motor. Check wiring connections for looseness or burns.
• 6. Replace motor if needed: If the motor is open-circuit or seized, replace it with a Paderno-compatible turntable motor.
