Possible Causes
Defective weight sensor under the turntable, Loose sensor harness, Misaligned or jammed turntable mechanism affecting sensor reading
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Work only inside the cavity; do not remove the outer cabinet.
Steps:
- Remove all items: Take out the glass tray, roller ring, and any racks. Check for debris or food under the roller ring.
- Clean and reassemble: Clean the floor of the cavity and the roller ring. Reinstall the roller ring and tray correctly.
- Reset power: Unplug the microwave for 5 minutes, then plug back in.
- Test empty: Try starting a short cook cycle with only a cup of water on the tray.
If H32 remains: The internal weight sensor or its wiring is likely faulty and requires professional service.
