• 1. Dry out moisture: If the issue started after steam cooking, leave the door open and allow the control area to dry for several hours.
• 2. Reseat ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and disconnect/reconnect the keypad ribbon cable to the control board.
• 3. Test all keys: With the panel loosely in place, plug in and test each button. If certain keys consistently fail, the membrane is defective.
• 4. Replace keypad or panel: Install a new membrane keypad or complete control panel assembly as supplied for your Privileg model.
