How to Fix / Troubleshooting
SAFETY: Unplug the microwave before removing the control panel.
- Step 1 – Power reset:
- Unplug for 5 minutes and reconnect to see if the display stabilizes.
- Step 2 – Connector check:
- Remove the control panel and reseat the connector between the display board and main PCB.
- Step 3 – Visual inspection:
- Look for darkened areas or bulging capacitors on the control PCB.
Persistent dim or missing segments usually require replacement of the display board or entire control PCB.
