How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the microwave before handling internal parts.
Steps:
- Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean both and the cavity floor.
- Inspect the turntable coupler for cracks or wear; replace if damaged.
- Check the roller ring for missing wheels or deformation.
- Reinstall and test rotation with a light load.
If the tray still does not rotate:
- Access the bottom of the unit and test the turntable motor for continuity.
- Replace the motor if open or seized.
Do not operate the microwave with a jammed or misaligned turntable, as it can cause uneven heating.
