How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug and let the unit cool before working on convection components.

Step 1 – Listen and feel: Start convection mode and listen for the fan. If silent and no warm air, both heater and fan may be off.
Step 2 – Inspect fan and heater: Remove the rear interior panel (if accessible) or outer cabinet. Check the convection fan for free movement and the heater for visible breaks.
Step 3 – Test components: Use a multimeter to test the fan motor, heater, and thermostat for continuity. Replace any failed parts.

Control PCB faults require board replacement.
