How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Disconnect power before removing the control panel.

Cleaning and reset:

Unplug the microwave for several minutes to reset the control.
Clean the keypad surface with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Do not allow liquid to run into the edges of the panel.
Leave the door open for a while to allow any internal moisture to evaporate.

Panel inspection:

If the error persists, remove the control panel and inspect the back of the keypad for signs of liquid ingress or corrosion.
Check the keypad ribbon cable for damage and reseat it on the control board.
If specific keys appear permanently activated, replace the touch control panel.
