Display shows Err or flashes Err when attempting to set time or program; some buttons may not respond.

User actions:

• Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display, then re-enter the program following the Teka user manual.
• Ensure you are not pressing multiple keys simultaneously or holding a key too long.
• Unplug the microwave for 2–3 minutes to reset the control.
• Clean the keypad surface and ensure it is dry.

If Err persists:

• A stuck or failed key may be present; observe if the error appears when a specific button is pressed.
• Replace the membrane keypad or touch control panel if certain keys consistently cause Err.
