Microwave buttons are unresponsive or require very hard pressing; some keys work intermittently.

User steps:

• Wipe the control panel with a dry cloth to remove moisture or grease.
• Unplug the microwave for a few minutes and reconnect.
• Test all keys to identify which are faulty.

Panel service (technician or skilled DIY):

• Remove the control panel assembly and inspect the keypad ribbon cable.
• Reseat the cable on the main PCB.
• If specific keys remain unresponsive, replace the membrane keypad or entire touch control panel.
