- Inspect roller ring and tray: Replace the roller ring if cracked or deformed. Ensure the glass tray sits properly on the coupler.
- Test motor: Access the underside of the microwave and test the turntable motor for continuity. Replace if open or seized.
- Replace coupler: If the coupler is cracked or no longer grips the motor shaft, install a new Telefunken-compatible coupler.
