Step 3 – Check installation: Ensure the microwave is level and installed per Thermador specifications; incorrect tilt can affect some sensors.
Step 4 – Internal check (qualified persons): Inspect any load/weight sensor assemblies and wiring for secure mounting and connections.
Step 5 – Control replacement: If sensors and wiring are intact, the main control may need replacement.
