Steps to address dE/DE:

• 1. Check door alignment: Ensure the door closes flush with the cabinet and the latch hooks fully engage. Look for cracks or breaks in the plastic hooks.
• 2. Clean door area: Wipe the door frame and latch area to remove food debris that may prevent full closure.
• 3. Listen for switch clicks: Slowly close the door and listen for 2–3 distinct clicks from the interlock switches. Missing clicks suggest a failed or misaligned switch.
• 4. Access and test switches: Remove the outer cabinet, locate the interlock assembly, and test each switch with a multimeter for proper open/closed operation as the door moves. Replace any defective switch.
• 5. Inspect latch bracket: If the plastic interlock bracket is loose or cracked, replace it to restore proper switch alignment.
