• Inspect tray and ring: Remove the glass tray and roller ring. Clean both and the cavity floor. Ensure the ring rolls smoothly.
• Check coupler: Inspect the plastic coupler that fits over the motor shaft for cracks or wear. Replace if damaged.
• Access motor: Remove the bottom panel to access the turntable motor. Check wiring and mounting screws.
• Replace motor: If the motor does not run when commanded (testing recommended for professionals), replace the Viking turntable motor.
