Microwave display shows E06 and the turntable does not rotate; unit may still heat.

Safety first: Unplug the microwave before removing the turntable or accessing the underside.

Basic checks:

• 1. Remove and inspect glass tray: Take out the glass tray and roller ring. Clean both and the cavity floor. Food debris can jam the turntable.
• 2. Check roller ring: Ensure the roller ring is not cracked or missing wheels. Replace if damaged.
• 3. Inspect coupler: The plastic coupler that fits into the motor shaft should be intact and firmly seated. Replace if cracked or rounded.

Advanced checks:

• 4. Access turntable motor: On many Westinghouse models, the motor is mounted under the cavity floor and accessible from the bottom after removing the bottom panel.
• 5. Test motor: Disconnect the motor and test for continuity with a multimeter. An open motor should be replaced.
• 6. Check wiring: Inspect the harness from the control board to the motor for damage or loose connectors.

After replacing the motor or coupler, reassemble, ensure the tray sits flat, and test with a small load.
