Safety: Disconnect power before working on the control panel.

• Try freeing the key: Press each button several times, especially any that feel different. Sometimes debris can be dislodged.
• Dry out moisture: If a spill occurred, leave the door open and allow the unit to dry for 24 hours. Do not use heat sources to dry the keypad.
• Remove and inspect keypad: Take off the control panel and inspect the keypad overlay for warping or damage.
• Replace keypad: If the stuck key condition persists, replace the membrane keypad or full control panel assembly.
