Possible Causes
Contaminants or moisture under keypad, Physically stuck or damaged key, Shorted keypad membrane, Faulty UI board scanning circuit
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before cleaning the control panel.
Cleaning and reset:
- Wipe the keypad gently with a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or mild glass cleaner. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Dry thoroughly and allow any residual moisture to evaporate for at least 30 minutes.
- Restore power and test all keys. If E13 appears when a specific key is pressed, that key may be shorted.
If problem persists:
- The keypad membrane or UI board will likely need replacement.
- Contact a Wolf service provider to replace the control panel assembly.
