How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect from mains.
- Locate humidity sensor: Typically mounted in the top of the cavity or behind a grille.
- Clean sensor area: Gently clean the sensor opening and surrounding area with a damp cloth to remove grease and food residue. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Inspect wiring: Check the sensor connector and wiring harness for damage or looseness. Reseat the connector on the control board.
- Replace sensor: If E14 persists, replace the humidity sensor with a Zanussi-compatible part.
