Possible Causes
Faulty START button on keypad, Failed relay on control board, Broken solder joint on relay, Door not detected as closed
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before removing any panels.
- Check door: Ensure the door is firmly closed and not obstructed. Try opening and closing firmly several times.
- Test other buttons: If other keys also fail or respond erratically, the keypad may be faulty.
- Inspect control board: Remove the control panel and examine the relay area for cracked solder joints. Resolder if necessary (for skilled persons).
- Replace keypad or PCB: If the START key is unresponsive but others work, replace the membrane keypad. If the relay does not energize despite a valid start command, replace the control PCB.
