Turntable rotates intermittently or slips; tray may wobble or jump during operation.

Safety first: Unplug before handling internal parts.

• Clean contact surfaces: Remove the tray and roller ring; clean all contact points thoroughly.
• Check for warping: Place the glass tray on a flat surface to see if it rocks. Replace if warped or chipped.
• Inspect roller ring: Replace if wheels are missing or the ring is distorted.
• Replace coupler: If the coupler no longer grips the motor shaft or tray properly, install a new Zanussi coupler.
