Possible Causes

Drifted NTC sensor at low temperatures, Firmware calibration error, Faulty low-power heater control, Poor contact between pot and sensor

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the cooker and allow it to cool.

  • Clean contact surfaces: Ensure the heating plate and pot bottom are clean and flat to allow accurate low-temperature sensing.
  • Test NTC at room temp: Measure the main NTC sensor resistance at room temperature and compare with expected values. Replace if significantly out of range.
  • Check low-power control: Inspect the PCB for a separate low-power relay or triac controlling Keep Warm. Look for damage or bad solder joints.
  • Firmware reset: Perform a factory reset to restore default temperature calibration if supported.
  • Replace sensor or PCB: If E20 persists, replace the NTC sensor first; if unresolved, replace the main PCB.
