How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before cleaning the control panel.
- Surface cleaning: Wipe the panel with a soft cloth lightly dampened with mild detergent. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Dry thoroughly: Ensure no moisture remains around the edges of the panel.
- Test all buttons: After drying, plug in and test each button. Note any that still fail.
Persistent intermittent response usually means the keypad membrane is worn and the control panel assembly should be replaced.
