Possible Causes
Condensation collector not installed or full, Cracked inner pot, Spillover from overfilling, Damaged lid gasket allowing condensate to escape
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before cleaning up any liquid around electrical parts.
- Check condensation collector: Locate the condensation cup or channel on the side/back of the unit. Ensure it is properly installed and not overflowing. Empty and clean it.
- Inspect inner pot: Remove and fill the pot with water, then place it on a dry counter to check for leaks or cracks.
- Verify fill level: Do not exceed the maximum fill line inside the pot, especially for pressure cooking.
- Examine gasket: If water appears around the top edge, inspect and replace the lid gasket if worn.
Persistent leaks from the base with a sound inner pot may indicate internal seal failure and should be checked by a technician.
