Possible Causes
Uneven countertop, Missing or worn rubber feet, Inner pot not seated properly, Fan (if equipped) out of balance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooker cannot fall from the counter. Keep it away from edges.
- Level surface: Place the cooker on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Check rubber feet: Inspect the bottom for missing or worn feet. Replace if necessary.
- Seat inner pot: Remove and reseat the inner pot to ensure it is centered and fully down on the heater plate.
If vibration persists and is accompanied by noise, an internal rotating component (fan) or loose bracket may need service.
