Possible Causes
Disconnected ribbon cable between keypad and main board, Damaged touch panel, Oxidized connector contacts, Shorted keypad matrix
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the multicooker before removing any covers.
- Access control panel: Remove the screws securing the front or top panel (depending on model) to expose the keypad/display board and its ribbon cable.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Carefully unlock the ribbon connector latch, remove the cable, inspect for corrosion or damage, then reinsert fully and lock the latch.
- Inspect keypad: Look for cracks in the plastic overlay or signs of liquid damage. If the keypad membrane is swollen or delaminated, it should be replaced.
- Test operation: Reassemble enough to power the unit safely and test button response. If E0 persists, replace the keypad/display assembly.
