E7 error appears during preheat; cooker may partially warm but never reaches pressure or target temperature.

• Check mains outlet: Verify the wall outlet provides correct voltage using another appliance. Low supply voltage can mimic heating faults.
• Inspect heating element connections: Remove the base cover and locate the main heating element terminals under the heating plate. Ensure spade connectors are tight and free of corrosion or burn marks.
• Continuity test: With a multimeter, measure resistance across the heating element. A typical value is between 20–60Ω. Infinite resistance indicates an open element that must be replaced.
• Relay and solder joints: Inspect the main control board for darkened areas around the power relay and large solder joints. Reflow cracked joints if you are experienced, or replace the board if the relay is burned.
• Reassemble and test: After repairs, reassemble the base and test with water on a high-heat program to confirm proper heating.
