• Check lid and pot sensors: On some Ambiano models, a small microswitch or magnetic reed switch detects lid closure or pot presence. Inspect these switches for proper alignment and free movement.
• Test Start button: Press the Start button repeatedly and observe if it feels mushy or unresponsive. If other buttons work but Start does not, the keypad may be partially failed and require replacement.
• Control reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then reconnect and attempt a simple non-pressure program (e.g., keep warm) to see if it will start.
• Replace faulty parts: If sensors and keypad are good but the issue persists, replace the main control board.
