• Differentiate normal vs abnormal: Some mild clicking from metal expansion is normal. Very loud or grinding noises are not.
• Check inner pot: Ensure the pot sits flat and is not rocking. Replace if warped.
• Tighten mounting screws: Remove the bottom cover and gently tighten the screws that secure the heating plate and internal brackets. Do not overtighten into plastic.
• Remove debris: Look for any foreign objects under or around the heating plate and remove them.
• Test again: Reassemble and run a short cycle with water to confirm noise reduction.
