Possible Causes

Loose NTC sensor connector, Partially broken wire in lid hinge harness, Oxidized control board header pins, Vibration causing intermittent contact

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing internal wiring.

  • Re-seat all sensor connectors: Remove the bottom cover and, if accessible, the top cover. Gently unplug and replug the bottom temperature sensor, lid sensor, and pressure sensor connectors to clean contacts.
  • Inspect hinge harness: Flex the lid slightly while observing the harness. If E11 appears when the lid is moved, the hinge wiring is likely fractured and should be replaced.
  • Check for corrosion: Look for green or white corrosion on connectors. Clean lightly with contact cleaner and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly.
  • Secure wiring: Use cable ties to prevent wires from rubbing against sharp metal edges or moving excessively during operation.
