How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before working on the control panel.
- Dry out: If the panel was exposed to steam or spills, allow the unit to dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry place.
- Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth, then dry. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the panel.
- Reseat ribbon cable (advanced): Remove the front panel and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main board.
- Replace keypad: If certain buttons never respond, the membrane keypad or control panel PCB may need replacement.
