Condensation drips from the lid onto the countertop when opening after cooking.

• Use condensation collector: Ensure the condensation cup is installed and properly seated on the side/back of the cooker.
• Open slowly: Tilt the lid so condensation runs back into the pot when opening.
• Wipe lid: After cooking, wipe the underside of the lid with a cloth to remove excess moisture.
