Water or condensation collects under the multicooker or on the countertop during or after cooking.

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before lifting or tilting it to check for leaks.

• Check condensation collector: Many Black+Decker models have a small plastic cup on the side or back. Ensure it is installed correctly and not overflowing. Clean it regularly.
• Inspect inner pot: Remove and fill the pot with water over a sink to check for cracks or pinholes.
• Check lid closure: Make sure the lid is fully closed and latched during cooking.
• Avoid overfilling: Do not exceed the MAX line inside the pot.
