Display shows H0 or similar and the cooker does not heat as expected.

Note: On some Bosch multicookers, H0/H1 codes indicate heat levels rather than faults. Consult your user manual.

• Check program settings: Verify that you have selected the correct cooking program and temperature. H0 may simply indicate a low heat setting.
• Reset settings: Cancel the program, unplug for a few minutes, then plug in and reselect the desired program.
• Test with another mode: Try a different program (e.g., rice or soup). If heating is still abnormally low, there may be a sensor or control issue.
• Service if persistent: If the cooker never reaches proper temperature, have the NTC sensor and control board checked by a technician.
