Safety first: Ensure the cooker is cool and depressurized.

• Check valve position: Set the steam release knob to the correct pressure position as indicated in the Bosch manual.
• Confirm lid type: Some models require a specific lid configuration for pressure programs. Ensure all inner lid components are installed.
• Clear previous errors: Unplug the cooker for 5–10 minutes to reset any software lockout, then try again.
• Test with water: Run a short pressure cycle with only water to see if pressure builds. If P0 persists, the pressure sensor or control logic may need service.
