Safety first: Verify the wall outlet with another appliance before assuming the cooker is faulty. Unplug before opening any covers.

• Check outlet and plug: Test the outlet with another device. Inspect the Bosch power cord for cuts, kinks, or burn marks.
• Try another outlet: Plug directly into a different wall outlet without an extension cord.
• Inspect internal fuse (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and locate the line fuse on the input side of the control board. If visibly blown, replace with the same rating and type.
• Check power switch: If your model has a mechanical power switch, test continuity (with a multimeter) and replace if open.
• Board-level failure: If the fuse is intact and there is still no power, the control board's power supply is likely defective and the board should be replaced by a technician.
