How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the control panel area.
- Power cycle: Unplug for at least 10 minutes, then plug back in. Sometimes a transient glitch can be cleared.
- Inspect control panel: Check for signs of moisture under the display or buttons. If there was a spill, allow the unit to dry for 24 hours in a warm, dry place.
- Check ribbon cable: Remove the top/control housing and locate the flat ribbon cable from the keypad to the main board. Reseat both ends carefully.
- Look for corrosion: If the keypad PCB shows corrosion or damage, replace the Cosori control panel / keypad assembly.
- Board replacement: If the keypad is good but Err persists, the main control board may be corrupted or damaged and should be replaced.
