Display shows U15 and unit stops heating unexpectedly

Safety first: Unplug and allow the cooker to cool before touching internal parts.

• Check contents: Open the lid and verify there is enough liquid. Add water if the food is too dry or thick.
• Clean contact surfaces: Remove the inner pot and clean both the pot bottom and heating plate. Ensure there is no warping or debris.
• Test with water: Run a simple water‑only cycle. If U15 reoccurs, inspect and test the bottom NTC sensor and replace if misreading.
