Safety first: Ensure the cooker is on a stable, heat‑resistant surface away from edges.

• Level the cooker: Place it on a flat surface and adjust its position so it does not rock.
• Remove accessories: Take out racks or baskets that may be rattling against the pot or lid.
• Check internal screws: With the unit unplugged and cool, remove the bottom cover and tighten screws securing the heating plate, fan (if present), and control board.
• Inspect fan: If equipped with a cooling fan, check for broken blades or debris. Replace the Cosori cooling fan if damaged.
