Possible Causes
Warped inner pot bottom, Bent heating plate support, Foreign object between pot and plate, Misaligned pot guide rails
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooker is unplugged and cool before adjusting the inner pot or heating plate.
- Inspect inner pot: Place the pot on a flat countertop and check for rocking. If the bottom is warped, replace the Cosori inner pot.
- Check for debris: Look for grains, utensils, or other objects on the heating plate or around the pot support ring. Remove any obstructions.
- Inspect heating plate: Gently press the center of the plate. It should move slightly on its spring but remain level. If visibly bent, the support frame may need adjustment or replacement.
- Avoid forcing: Do not force a tight pot into place; this can damage sensors and the plate. Correct the underlying alignment issue instead.
