Multicooker does not power on at all (no lights, no display)

Safety first: Unplug the cooker before opening the housing. Mains voltage can be lethal.

• Check outlet and cord: Test the wall outlet with another appliance. Inspect the Cosori power cord for cuts or kinks. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Try a different outlet: Avoid using power strips or extension cords during testing.
• Inspect internal fuse: Remove the bottom cover and locate the inline or board‑mounted fuse near the AC input. Test for continuity with a multimeter. Replace only with the same rating after identifying the cause of failure.
• Check AC connectors: Ensure spade connectors from the cord to the board are tight and not oxidized.
• Board replacement: If the fuse and cord are good but there is still no power, the main control board’s power supply section is likely failed and the Cosori main control board should be replaced.
