Condensation or water drips down the side of the cooker during use.

• Locate collector: Find the condensation collector or drip cup on the side or back of the unit. Ensure it is installed correctly and not overflowing.
• Clean channels: Wipe the lid rim and body channels that direct condensation into the collector. Remove any food residue.
• Empty regularly: During long cooking cycles, periodically check and empty the collector if it fills quickly.
• Replacement: If the collector is missing or cracked, replace it with a genuine condensation collector for your Crock-Pot model.
